PRIVACY & YOUR DATA

Privacy Policy

How TapCard processes information and the choices you have over your card data.

Last updated: 25 October 2026support@nusivo.id

About this policy

This policy explains how TapCard processes information when you use our iOS and Android apps and this website. TapCard reads e-money card balances and available transaction history using NFC. You do not need an account to use the app.

Information processed on your device

When you scan or add a card, TapCard may process:

  • The card number or identifier and its issuer.
  • Card names, colors, and preferences you choose.
  • Balances and the time of each balance check.
  • Records available on the card’s chip, including transaction time, amount, type, resulting balance, terminal or station information where available, and raw card transaction records.

This information is used to display your cards, balances, charts, history, and reports. The information available depends on the card type and generation. Card data and history are stored on your device and are not uploaded to a TapCard server.

NFC access

TapCard uses NFC to read the card you hold near your phone while scanning in the app. NFC must be enabled on Android. The app does not ask for a card PIN or one-time password, make payments, or write or add a balance to your card.

Accounts, advertising, and tracking

TapCard does not use user accounts, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics services in the app. We do not sell card data or use it for advertising tracking.

Exporting and sharing

You can create PDF or CSV reports and save or share them using your device’s system features. Exports are initiated by you and may contain card and transaction information. Storage providers and recipients you choose have their own privacy policies.

Storage, deletion, and backups

Saved cards and history remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app’s data from the device. You can delete an individual card and its history or use Settings → Delete all data to remove all cards and history stored by the app.

TapCard does not provide account synchronization or backups to a TapCard server. Operating system backup and restore behavior depends on your device settings and the system services you use. Deleting data in the app does not delete exported files or existing backups; you must manage those copies separately.

Contacting support

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate reported issues. Email providers process communications under their own policies.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, related follow-up, and applicable obligations. You can request deletion of support correspondence through the contact address on this page. Do not send your PIN, one-time password, or full card number. Redact private information from screenshots before sending them.

Visiting this website

The TapCard website does not set analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser type, and access time, to deliver pages and protect the service. This processing is subject to the provider’s settings and policies. Fonts are served with this website and do not require requests to a third-party font service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features or data handling practices change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact us using the email address on this page for questions or privacy requests. Because card data is stored on your device and is not available on a TapCard server, you can delete that data directly in the app.
